The Whitby Medical
Society is a society for medicine and veterinary medicine students - both
preclinical and clinical - at Downing College, Cambridge.
The society enjoys many
social occasions throughout the year, including Speaker dinners, an
Annual Dinner and a garden party in May week. Future Whitby, CU
Medsoc and other relevant events will appear on the website.
We hope to provide
resources for current medical students, such as exam past papers, book
lists for upcoming years and helpful medical links on this website. We
also hope prospective medics will find this site useful – see the
wealth of information in the ‘applying’ section of the
